About me
My name is Maxim Shamin - I am an internal operational auditor with more than 11 years of business experience.
I have a BBA degree in business management, and am also certified in Six Sigma, PMI and have additional education and advanced training from Xerox, SkillSoft, Genesys, ISEC, etc.
At the age of 17 I became an entrepreneur, and at 18 I was already the owner of two multi-brand stores in Finland with an income of 1,000,000 euros/month.
I use my own methodology, based on Business Performance Management from IBM and Harvard, which I have adapted specifically to improve profits, business profitability and process efficiency in small companies (the original methodology is aimed at working with corporations).
